Is there a difference between Corporate Housing and Furnished Apartments?

No. There is a lot of terminology used to describe apartments that come furnished and are available for short term (daily, weekly or monthly) stays as well as longer term stays. Other terms used to describe this are Temporary Housing, Short Term Apartments, Temporary Apartments, Corporate Lodging, and Corporate Apartments.  Don’t be confused – they are all the same thing.

Who stays at Furnished Apartments?

Most of the people who stay with us work for a company with a local presence and they are here on temporary assignment, consulting or are here for an internship. We work with companies of all sizes to assist their employees that have relocated or are here on a work project. We also work with individuals who are here for an event or who need a comfortable, affordable place to stay while they are looking for permanent housing.

Do you have 3 bedroom apartments?

We have floor plans available at different locations for one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Are pets allowed?

Most of our properties allow pets with breed and weight restrictions but each property’s policy is different. Please contact us and we will work with you to find the property that meets your requirements.

How am I billed?

If you are paying by credit card, we will charge your account automatically at the end of every month for the following months rent and you will receive a receipt describing the charges.  If you are being direct billed with your employer, we will send you a monthly invoice for your upcoming rent due plus any additional charges for the previous month such as a cable upgrade.

Can you bill my employer?

Yes.  We can send your monthly bill directly to your company if they have completed a credit application.

How do I check-in to my apartment?

We will provide you with a welcome package prior to your arrival date that will include all instructions including locating and how to access your apartment. For arrivals after business hours, we provide a lock box on the apartment door.

What time can I check in?

You can check in to your apartment at 2:00pm.

What time do I have to check out by?

Our check out time is noon.

What do I need to bring with me?

We provide everything needed for comfortable living. The only thing you will need are your personal items.

How do I find out your rates?

Rates vary depending on the location and the length of stay.  For this reason, we do not post our rates online.  Please call us by phone or complete an online inquiry at our Contact Us page. One of our friendly account representatives will promptly get back to you.
